Reading Your Quote
Every MOMAKING quote carries the same anatomy: unit price tiers (e.g. 1 / 100 / 1,000 pcs), process & material spec (grade, route), tooling/NRE line where applicable with ownership stated, lead time from deposit, inspection scope, Incoterm and freight estimate, and validity window. Two numbers anchor everything: the 3-second AI indicative price and the 24-hour engineer-verified quote. If the verified number differs from the AI number, the reason is written on the quote — tolerance class, route change, stock, always explained.
Payment, Ownership, IP
- Standard terms: 50% deposit, 50% balance after approval photos, before shipment. Tooling milestones for mold/die programs.
- You own what you pay for: tools, programs and your documentation stay on your account; tools ship on request, maintained in storage between runs at no grudge.
- IP: your files route inside the order system with account-level access; NDAs on request; we neither publish nor reuse customer designs without written release.
Shipping & Global Delivery
- Prototypes: DHL/FedEx/UPS/SF International, typically 3–7 days to US/EU; tracking from dispatch, insurance options at checkout.
- Production: air for urgent pallets, ocean for planned replenishment; export paperwork handled from Shenzhen; DDP routes where you want duties-inclusive pricing.
- Packaging: parts foam-nested with reports in the box; retail-ready packaging and kitting available as a line item.
When Something Goes Wrong
It does, in every factory on earth — the test is the response. Photograph the parts and the report, mark the dimensions in question; we re-gauge retained samples against the same control plan within 48 hours. Confirmed nonconformance: remake or credit, freight ours. Missing report at arrival? It is on the account already; we resend in minutes. The inspection room exists so these conversations are arithmetic, not arguments.
